Two Extra-large Bridges Construction of CR3 Completed Butt Joint
In November 1, November 3, the construction of Hengliu extra-large bride & Guiguang bridge that under took of Guiline Project that undertook by No.5 Subsidiary company of China Railway No.3 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. has been precision butt joint. The single side weight of two extra-large bridges are 4100 tons,3500 tons respectively.
Hengliu extra-large bridge & Guangdong extra large bridges across four high-speed railway lines that have huge traffic transport as well as high traffic denisty at the same time. Besides common features includingtight duration,heavy task, tough construction, short effective construction time, the little height distance between these two bridges, also the existing catenary rod was another diffichlty, which not only enhanced the difficulty of construction, but also increased the safety risk. The minimum distance connect the continuous beam to the overhead contact line of Guangdong extra-large bridge is 1.78m, the minimum distance connect the continuous beam to the overhead contact line of Hengliu extra-large is 1.86m, those all belong to the first-level high risk project. Moreover, those two bridges with 200m distances as well as across 4 high-speed railway lines have been rotating construction within 3 days, which was too rare to be seen in the national railway cnstruction.
The project manager of Guilin Project in No.5 Subsidiary company of China Railway No.3 Engineering Group Co., Ltd., Zhang Lijun with his team members, also with the cooperation of the Southwest Academy of Sciences in China Railway, organized the staff to standardize operations, refinement process, implementation of responsibility, ensured the safety of high-speed railway construction also the safety of construction site.
